Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Clear, fair, and simple. I keep things flexible when possible — while protecting time reserved for you.
At a glance
Time is reserved exclusively for you. These rules apply to session fees unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.
Cancel ≥ 48h
Full refund. Your payment is returned in full.
Cancel < 48h
Non-refundable. Short-notice slots are rarely rebooked.
Reschedule
Free up to 96h. We’ll move your session to the next available date/time.
Outdoor sessions & weather
If conditions aren’t suitable (heavy rain, unsafe wind, etc.), we’ll reschedule first. If rescheduling isn’t possible, you’ll receive a full refund.
How do we decide if weather is “unsuitable”?
I’ll check forecasts and real conditions on the day. If the result would be compromised or unsafe (especially outdoors), I’ll recommend a reschedule.
Late arrivals & no-shows
What if I’m late?
Session time can’t be extended. We’ll shoot with the remaining time. If arrival is 20+ minutes late, the session may be cancelled depending on the schedule.
What if I don’t show up?
A no-show is treated like a late cancellation and is non-refundable.
If I need to cancel
Illness / emergency / unexpected issues
If I’m unable to deliver the session due to illness, emergency, or circumstances outside my control, you can reschedule or receive a full refund of fees paid.
